I'm sure Geoff at Hi Spec could do these, the white would need painting in manually though.

Dead easy to diy, the seals and pistons etc are available from DT etc, just strip and take to a media blaster for paint striping, if painted ?, are you sure they are anodised, if they are simply take to a place that does anodising they will strip the old anodise old chemically before redoing.

To be honest I'm now considering just going bigger as these are 265mm iirc rather spend the money going bigger what options do I have I know the calipers won't look as good but I should have the same braking power I have 17s so want as big as poss but have a budget of 300-400

willwoods are normally radial mount, i know the set ive got for my mini are, so you can just buy bigger discs and have some new brackets made up

A good size for 17" wheels would be around 330mm, any calipers with a radius that suits 265mm(most likely 260mm ?) discs will not be a good idea to use on such a larger radius disc.
There is always the mk3 mondeo discs and calipers 300mm, just redrill the discs to 4 stud, or other options are a s/h set of brembo's and FRS mk1 discs with brackets.
Most but not all are radial mount in the wilwood range.

What car is it, if FWD forget any benefit from rear discs there won't be any, as simply too light on the rear to need them, a lot of hot hatch racers actually disconnect them on the rear!!
If rwd you could get a benefit, what part number are the calipers ?, if you look on rallye design you can see the recommendation for the disc size.
