hi guys why is it when i put my blower on in car that my aircon and radiator fan comes on ,so for the time being i have took the relay out for the air con ,that stops it from kickin in but the radiator fan still comes on any idears cheers karl .its a focus diesel 2001 y,reg mk1

 

If the switch on the dash is pointed to any symbol that is orange (ie wind screen etc) it will automatically turn the AC fan on

 

It's because you have the direction set to windscreen, this turns on the A/C and cooling fan REGARDLESS, this is why it is coloured orange but most don't know this. In fact your car must actually be a MK1 facelift as the MK1's never had this feature.
