Default crossflow torque settings

Cylinder head: 65 to 70 foot pounds
Main bearings: 55 to 60
Big end bearings: 20 to 25
Flywheel: 70 to 75
Manifold: 8 to 10
Clutch: 12 to 15

are these settings correct? also after the order in which to tighten down the head bolts?

I've got an old mk2 escort manual somewhere in the garage, you can have it FOC if you just pay the postage, that's assuming I can find it after 29 years!!
