Right ive been trying to figure out how to do this but all i seem to find is crap on the internet about what to do.

I have a Focus MK1 2000 1.8 zetec (blacktop) and want to upgrade the cams, i know most people will say Kentcams etc, but ive found Mondeo 136ps cams and just want a simple yes or no answer, WILL THEY FIT?

I know it will need mapping after and i know there are better cams out there, as far as i can see though these should fit?

Someone please just give me a easy answer! lol

Are they out of the silvertop zetec as if so i was told they wudnt fit. When i checked with ford about the 2.0 focus cams i was told they were same as 1.8 cams so prob best bet is aftermarket cams like kent, piper etc.

Iv fitted some in mine and it didnt need mapping as i got them set up correctly and got 15bhp from them. Not sure if a remap would help increase power further but car runs fine without a remap
