zetec cams ( power increase)

i have a zetec e 105ps 1800cc.would i gain anything by using the cams from the 2ltr mondeo zetec e and the throttle body and ecu.approx how much power would i gain

it would take it up to similar power as the rs 1800
around 130bhp
