I've got a 2.1 zvh and was wondering how much it would cost to get it rebuilt not pistons or rods but all gaskets oil pump water pump cam belt and have it all painted including rocker it was built by Ian howell about 12000 k ago but has a few oil leaks and I'd like it to be painted anyway would I get all this done for under 1k or is this pushing it

 

Got a quote today to do all the above and give it a tune when done £1600 gonna shop about a bit as would like to try and get under 1k
