Hi i have a weird problem with my one headlight, when lights are switched on passenger headlight doesn't work. when lights are switched off and i increase revs the light is coming on.....all connections have been checked and various bulbs used, just in case, any ideas??

 

what mark is your xr3i mate 3 4 or 5

 

it's mk 4

 

sounds like a bad earth to me

have you got another switch to try these do pack up mate

or there are iirc 3 relays to do with main/dip beam, I recently had trouble with mine
