Default pressure in my crank

I have a 1.8 zetec turbo but have got pressure in the crank and there is oil coming out of the crank breather any advise would be much appreciated.

by breather system do you mean the crank breather if so done that......

Yes crank breather, if you still have lots of pressure it points to bore/ring wear.

if it is the rings is it a big job to do? or is it worth a garage doin if so wat am i looking at a garage charging.....?
