Rs2000 into mk5 fiesta?
not sure if anyone has done this, but it will be a hell of alot of work! if it were going in a mk3 it would be easier.
youd need almost everything from the rs2k, engine, box, shafts, ecu & loom, exhaust, rad, basically everything from under the bonnet. you would need to fabricate custom mounts as none will line up with the fiesta, hubs may need swapping too, but i believe the escort ones would fit.
it would be alot of work for 150bhp and a very heavy engine, but different!!!!!
an easier swap would be 2.0/2.3 duratec from st150

Use a Fiesta box? Not sure what the mounts are like in a MK5 Fez, but I've seen RS2000 engines bolted to B5s and stuff in older stuff, so that's what I'd look into. Then just need to sort the mounts out which shouldn't be too hard.
Do it, but build a 2.3 version instead

not sure about which box to go for as the rs2k uses mtx75 so would have the big flywheel/clutch which wont fit on ib5 fiesta box. might have to use 2.0 focus box as they have similar mounts and clutch/flywheel clearance. but then there will be issues with linkage. alternatively id be thinking fiesta mk5 1.8td box. that should fit, id have to check the clutch application to give a more accurate answer. ud still need to fabricate a mounting point for the engine itself though.
