Would it cause the car damage by removing the bottom........

Default Would it cause the car damage by removing the bottom........

The bottom throttle body sensor? as i have been told todo so to stop the tick over problem where it goes up and down constantly like someone it slightly taping the accelerator!

no it wont cause damage to remove/refit, throttle position sensor (tps) by the way (you need to have one though!)

do i definitaly need to replace it? if so is there anywhere on the net i can get one for a MK6 escort 1.8si?
