focus inlet and loom question

focus inlet and loom question
this is a daft question, but if i wire a focus 2.0 inlet manifold through a focus engine loom striaght into a focus 2.0 ecu, will it start? Its in a mk4 fez, and not sure about the anti theft system in the focus ecu.
