My dads got a ST170 and hes got a couple problems thats come up.

The fan speed control only seems to work on no.4, 1 2 and 3 dont work. Just a fault with the dial or something more complex maybe?

And also one of the wing mirrors has a cracked mirror. Is it just a simple part to replace seen as its heated?

 

the heater control is more than like the reostat knackered and the mirror you can replace the glass on that I believe!

 

The resistor pack needs replacing, it's a module that is behind the dashboard.

Mirror is removed same as any other mirror and would imagine theres a connector on the wiring that can be disconnected.

yep or sometimes number 1 and 4!
