i'm rebuilding my 4x4 cossie engine, bottom end is fully forged with 7.8.1 cr , the cars is only used on the road so im after a nice solid 380bhp, im a bit stuck on what cams to run any ideas would be appreciated

 

I think you'll be more than fine on standard cams mate

 

As said std cams will be fine, and free as you already have them, they'll do 380 easy.
