Can someone tell me where the bottom header tank hose connect to? Also, when plumbing in a turbo cooler, I'm assuming it is plumbed in after the thermo housing so that it cools the water prior to entering the turbo?

 

NO the coolers are normally plumbed in after the turbo, can't help with the water pipe though.
