97 escort imobiliser light permantly on
the imobiliser light under the oval clock is staying on permanently, car on or off, doors locked or unlocked. The car starts and drives fine.
It only seems to have happened since 2 days after a new battery tray was welded in.
Ive checked all earths and even put a new clock unit in with no joy.
Can anyone shed any light on this?
