crank question

hi am in the process of rebuilding my cossie, as i now have a 200 block. the crank i have has had a grind on it, am i still able to use this crank or should i get a standard grind crank?
looking to reach 500bhp

get the crank checked and see to what level it has been ground already.
if it's had too much taken off and needs more grinding then look for another.
