Brake line diagram - Cossie 4x4 Master to ABS Distribution Block
Hi there,
Does anyone have a diagram or explain how the
Brake lines are routed from the master servo to
the ABS block and then to each caliper?
I'm not sure where each line leaving the servo
should enter on the ABS distribution block.
And then which caliper each line leaving
the block should go to.
Anyone help?

These details were taken today from my 2wd sapph, but assume they are the same as 4wd, they are afaik.
Standing in front of the car looking at the engine etc,
The master cylinder/pump on the left, has 3 pipes from it, numbered from the forward most pipe 1 then middle is 2 and 3 is the rear one, these all travel along the bulkhead AND so does the off side front brake pipe, making 4 pipes going all the way across the bulkhead to the ABS modulator/valve block on the right hand side(as you face it), these pipes in the SIDE of the modulator correspond to the other side master cyl/pum, in that the forward most one goes from the master cyl to the forward most pipe on the SIDE of the modulator, then centre to centre, and rear to rear, so if numbered the same ie 1 at the front 2 in the middle and 3 rearmost each side, it's 1 to 1, 2 to 2, 3 to 3.
There is a further 3 pipes on the underside of the modulator pointing straight DOWN, the rear most one is the off side front brake, the centre one is the rear brakes, the forward most one goes to the nearside front.
This is assuming you drive on the left when reffering to nearside and offside.
