hi can some one help,i brought the van knowing i needed to get welding done it also had no power but engine sounded good,to make it easier i removed fuel tank and disconnected lines etc,once welding was complete i put it all back together now it will not start,it does start if i feed fuel by hand using funnel going into fuel filter,my dad has bleed system and everything but no joy,any ideas would be great
