Im in the process of removing the head off the saph. For all those that have done this before.... do you leave the exhaust manifold on when you take the head off, and then remove it after? or have you found a way to get all the nuts off the underside without the use of a chainsaw

and for those that have already aided me in my quest.... i thank you

i normally split the exhaust manifold at the elbow with the 4 bolts and remove the damper. it also takes a lot of weight off that you don't have to lift with the head.
