Got a prob with my mk 4 3i its mfi inj you start it up an it runs fine leave it a min driving or parked up put your foot down and it stalls its ok idling for ages but moment you put foot down it stalls you then have to leave it 15 mins before it will start again...And it do same so cant go out any where in it or i will get stuck

Right ive changed fuel pump&fuel metering box (top air box thing)

Any ideas what it could be as its pi$$ing me off now ive got 2 cars stuck in drive way

Sounds like you may have an air leak of some sort or a problem with the timing

 

Just been looking at all paper work car came with on one bill it say possible module replacement needed in future...

Any ideas???
