Default Camshaft died after 400km

Hi, guys. I have the following problem: on my motor 1.6 CVH headed HEMI (89SM), I installed Dellorto DHLA 40E and was searching for camshaft, looked at eBay, found in the U.S. at a $ 100 price, kind of Ford motorsport M-6250-A111, there was no information about it but characteristics were more or less suitable, except for the LATDC as it turned out later. So, I bought a new hydraulic-followers AE (# FOL15), lubricated journals and cams of the camshaft and the basis of the hydraulic-followers with the graphite grease, then adjusted the overlap using the dial gauge indicator, left them to work for 20 minutes on revs over 2000 rpm and then adjusted a mixture and tried to ride, all seemed well, no extraneous sounds and good dynamics. After setup, I’ve been driving in the economy mode across the city for 5 days, at the end of the week I decided to ride faster and felt that at more than 3000 revs rpm acceleration is practically absent, 100 km / h for 17 seconds. A few days we were trying to find out what was the problem and finally we removed the camshaft and discovered that a camshaft was missing on the inlet valve cam lobe on the first cylinder, the valve was scraped on a cam, the rest were also a little bit deteriorated, head was covered with facing accordingly and wells for hydraulic-followers were also slightly damaged. Who has any thoughts about that? Best regards from Ukraine.

It's almost defo down to either lack of oil/pressure or inferior parts.
It doesn't shout lack of oil, so maybe just bad quality, or just very unlucky as the cvh can be a bit of a pain in this dept.
I would see what the supplier says, worth a go.
