Default Turbo Rad in cossie

Hi the next thing for the cossie is turbo cooling rad probably gonna get the airtec one but the thing i'm a bit unsure of is the water return banjo off the turbo do i cut this shorter then put a hose on it or is there one i can buy? It's a 2wd saff.

Just take the return through the cooler then to the tank, I would cut the metal pipe a lot shorter if I were doing it, can be made a lot neater that way.

Thats what i was thinking but was unsure if people cut the standard pipe or not.

There's not really a "correct" way of doing it, jusy different ways some better than others, I would defo cut the metal pipe a lot sorter if it was me doing it.

I cut the metal pipe shorter on mine and have no problems with it,

I agree mate all the mods i'm doing at the mo are to make it as reliable as poss wasted spark next.
I'm gonna cut the pipe shorter i think as it will look neater.

in what way do you actually notice a difference i was doing it mainley for reliability and to get rid of the moving parts?

got 3 of these and one on the saff and rs500 never seems to get to high on the temp front !

I never cut mine Phil, i carefully bent it in the direction it needed to be at which was forward and down and that way it looks factory finish, also you still have the correct end left on the pipe.
