I have taken my starter motor apart and given it a good clean due to it not starting. It spins but the doesnt thrust out and looked at the solanoid and it doesnt appear to move.

Does anybody know where i can get a new one???

would cost almost the same as a recon fella if u can find someone to supply one look for someone who re cons them close to u they may help u out

that number is magnetti marelli number fella [now known as denso marelli] ka or fiesta starter

coolio might be able to strip the one off the ka in the drive till i can get one. all local places want to charge £100 ish for one.

I'd look around on begay, someone pm'd me about a 4wd cos starter, rebuld peeps wanted near £150, ebay brand new no exchange £45.
