Triangle is normally hazzard light/relay fuse, but ford use a very similar symbol that means refer to manual, don't know if any help but on 2wd fuse 19 is not used, fuse 12 is the hazzard relay/lights fuse on 2wd.

Just a funny one this the car runs fine and every thing works but the fuse was blown and when putting another one in it sparks as the fuse goes in the car is a 92 4x4

If it sparks this points to a deads short on one side of the fuse holder, but if not affecting anything just leave out, must admit this would annoy me and I'd take the car apart to find out what it is used for though!!
Maybe a previous owner took some wires from the underside of fuse 19 to something no longer fitted ?

As said the wiring can be a nightmare on these with amerturish electricians, I had something similar with the indicator wiring. The main thing I have found with mine is things that had been added haven't been removed right, in my case I had wires that had been spliced into the indicator wiring which had been cut and left, (I assume from an old alarm). This shorted out onto the steering wheel and actually caused a fire and diden't blow the fuse! Luckily I had a fire extinguisher (essential with these cars) to hand and reacted quickly and there was no damage done. Without this I think it fair to say the car woulden't be any more you also have a short, just a word of warning. I to would also want to find whats causing it but I would remove the fuse just to be on safe side.
