Hi my escort rs turbo engine is not sparking when i turn the key..I changed the ecu, fuelling ecu, spark plugs and still no kick..My battery is fully charged and when i turn the key the engine turns but no spark to start it..Your help here will be appreciated..

 

you tried the coil or the leads?

 

mine doesn't start either and having same problem you mentioned.

do you hear a 'prime' noise from the rear off your car, if so your pump is working, all i get is a click, never heard that before, but i dont get a spark at my plugs either.

check to see if you have a spark at the HT lead from the coil. if so your coil is fine.

no spark at the plugs could mean your dizzy needs replacing.

I have a spark at the dizzy but still wont start..its turning and seems its goin to start but just wont spark..When i turn the key the dash lights light up and when i turn it fully it seems its goin to start but nothing..When i do it again the dash lights up again but no turn this time..Repeated this again and i get a turn but no spark..What else could it be..
