Ford Focus MK1 central locking fault? NEED HELP ASAP

Ford Focus MK1 central locking fault? NEED HELP ASAP
the central locking has suddenly stopped, each door has to be locked manually.
ITS NOT FUSE 63 and ITS NOT THE SIEMENS MODULE as i have replaced both parts. i have at this moment got the door panel off now :/
when i press the fob buttons or use the locks in anyway the siemens unit clicks a few times. But i know its fine because i swappped the 2 units between 2 cars???
so confused any help appreciated?
