help with 2003 ford focus please
hi all new to the forum so apologies if ive posted in the wrong area, my ford focus ghia has a real shudder at 70mph but then seems to be ok above and below that speed any ideas on the problem that i could check out myself?
Do you hear any noise? it could be wheel bearing or wheels might need balancing. The balancing would be cheaper option and most places can do it in a few minutes.

would be more likely to be wheel ballance, buckled/flat spotted wheel or unevenly worn tyres.
the last one is definately why mine vibrates at 70mph! too many track days smoking them up and hand brake turns

oh dear, typical of britains modern road design though!
my village had an entire road resurfaced about 9 months ago if that and they had the road closed for a whole week to do it. guess what its like now???
...yep most of the new surface has gone and is showing the old white lines very clearly and most of the HUGE pot holes are back in full force!!!
its a rural fucking road and they cant even get that right
bucks county council are a bunch of dumb fucks!!
