Escort RST rear wheel bearings...

I have an RST with a Cosworth rear disc conversion. The bearings are shot and are very noisy...! Do I need Cosworth bearings, or will standard Mk 4 Escort (RS Turbo) ones still fit?

standard rs turbo jobbies pal under the cossie discs is just a standard rs turbo hub

mark.
