When i unlocked my drivers door and opened it this morning the alarm(factory fitted) went off.Waited for it to stop then swith the ignition on and it went off again.
As soon as you open the door theres a ticking noise coming from my knee area by the fuse box.That lasts about 30 seconds then stops.
Also the red light below the clock is constantly lit up.With no ignition the light stayed on then started flashing after 5 minutes.
I noticed when i drove home from work that the light stayed on.

Ive looked through my hayes manual at the fuse and took out the one that said alarm/busbar (R24 yellow) but after doing that both the red light and the beeping were still there.

Can anyone help with this problem

Have you tried deadlocking it? Might just need resetting by doing that
