Under the throttle body where the cross over / charge carrier pipe connects as far as i remember. Its a threaded screw with a spring around it and it screws in under the throttle body.

Coolio Been a few years since i had my RST. Idle speed so much easier on that car compared to my FRS. can't do anything with that all ECU controlled doh
