I have a mk5 fiesta and the head gasket is gone, i was going to replace but the mantra of replace and renew is always on my mind!

I was thinking of the puma engine but just lost out on flebay for one.

So any suggestions for other ford based engines to replace it with?

Its orginally an 1.3 endura e if that helps.



and finally budget around £400 max so no ZVH's! also we have workshop facilities and a trained mechanic to assist me.
