Default cosworth ecu identification ????

hello there,just wondering if anyone can help me to identify what ecu i have for my capri cosworth build...i have two that came with the engine and after a lot of help from members on this site i have decided to go for the L6....i do not want to buy an L6 then find out that i had one all along...is there a code or serial number to look for etc on the ecu...cheers bernie

iirc the easyist way to tell is the couler of the mixture screw l6 is white & l8 is brown

L1, yellow global mod screw, ecu has mounting wings

L6, white global mod screw, ecu has mounting wings

L8, white global mod screw, ecu has no wings,

P8, no global mod, no wings

cheers for your help lads...good news for me i have an L6...now to find a chip for it...stage 3...any recomendations tried and tested etc ??????
