Dunno how this gets into tool boxes and tools , would be better in technical but never mind , the no that comes up for your serial no is

If its new or you are the first owner it has not been set up yet so you need to look in the car manual. If the radio is used and the previous owner set it up you will have to contact a ford dealer and they can give you an unlock code (its a security code so its set by the owner and only the owner of manufacture [ford] can unlock it)
