could any one help ive got a 1.8 focus zetec and was wanting to swap it for a 2.0 zetec from a mondeo how much is involved in doing this ? and wot parsts would i need ? any help would be much appreciated

think theyre the same mate. iv a focus engine in my fiesta zetec s. check with others tho.

iv the fiesta and its like shit off a shovel mate lol. must be the weight, focus is a good car tho

yeah that must be it i can imagine itll go like fook in a fiesta so did the focus ecu swap straight over ?

i only give 800 quid for the focus it a three door in silver on a t plate with 17" wolfrace alloys on nice car for wot i paid just needs a bit more go

not 100 percent bout the ecu mate but i think it wuld, not much difference,. these guys on here will know tho. 1200 for fiesta and had to do rear bushes. mint condition for black.

nice one mate sounds a good motor for that kind of money thats why i bought the focus just looking for a cheap mondeo now should be a few about !! was thinking about a zvh conversion but ill stick to the 2.0 one first lol

Mate if u can get an st24 then ur jamming, very cheap and excellent performance, but dearer to run. few my mates have st mondeos petrol and diesel, mucho quick and reliable.

yeah thatll cure the lack of power ive got with the focu wonder how hard a job it would be to do the swap ?
