Default zetec question

on a mk6 escort is a swap from 1.6 to 1.8 literally a direct swap?

i know the 2 litre needs a few parts from the 1.8

Also are the mounts different on a blacktop?

answers much appreciated. cheers

doubt you will get blacktop on silvertop mount unles you weld a plate to it as the stud patern is diffrent iirc it nomally mounts next to the cams! not hard to weld a focus mount in there tho if you wanted to!
