Guys

The fan for my heater has stopped working, as has the cigarette lighter in my 3 door, I checked all the fuses in the fuse box but they were all fine and none of the legends on the lid referred to these items.

Is there a secondary fuse box elsewhere ?

If so... where ?

 

No only one fusebox on these, some however have another single fuse holder leading away from the ignition barrel area, can't remember what that feeds though, take a ceramic fuse, ie older style, a 8amp I think white one.

Hmmmm so wheres the fuses etc for the ABS ? and the little ECU that controls the centre dash panel with things like brake pad wear, washer bottle level etc ?

 

Fuse for abs is behind/bottom of glovebox clipped to side of the relay.
Warning lights control is fused, can't remember which one, don't use them in mine.

Neil, on the 3dr the abs fuses/relays etc are located drivers side(if rhd) just above the pedals and below the dash!

 

I thought they were the same as sapphy, obviously not!!

Still puzzling over the cigarette lighter fuse.

Time to get the meter out I think

 

Right after a bit of messing around with a meter the cigarette lighter is getting power so thats ok.

Its just the fan / fan switch that isnt working, so no blower, any thoughts ?
