Default What cams to use

Helo there i thinking on buying cams but dont know witch ones to go for im looking for fairly big power around 400 , Here is my engine spec
200 block bored to 93 mm wit forged wossner pistions
ported head std size valves
GT35R roller bearing turbo .78 rear housing cossie type interal waste gate
83lbh siemans
omex 600 and loom
4 branch exhaust
sweedish plenmen
alloy flywheel
alloy front pully
I want the car to idle good just looking for some help

i think you ll see more than 400 with a gt35 lad,is nt that a 550+ turbo?whos doing the mapping??

I it says its fit for 600 wit the gt front wheel on it .Not sure who will be doing the mapping who does yours

tbh mate u wanna get whoever is gonna map it to advise what cams to run to whatever spec and however u want too, most have their prefered type of cam fr their maps etc.

Why not keep the std cams, they will do 400, idle will be better than those with higher lift/longer duration esp low down and idle due to air speed being higher.

I had no problem when it was bored out dint need liners thats it on it limit doh and the biggest pistons i could get had to be bored out because off a bad mark in the cylinder

Would the standard cams be good for that power,im looking for good horse power not contentail ponies

They will be hard worked but will do it, if wanting anymore next step would be BD15 inlet, std exhaust.

ai autosport did mine last year,and did areal good job on it,had it at a different crowd of monkeys first who were suppose to know there stuff,ended up i had to lift the car and go to ai,im running autronic,not sure if they work with omex
