Lads,
Anyone know how to fit a turbo timer to a MK1 FRS?Kit came with a plug which has 3 wires for the ignition???? and 2 wires - 1 for ground and the other for the handbrake but i'll just ground this one as well as when the handbrake is up this brakes the 12V contact enabling the tutbo timer to operate so grounding it should do the same thing.
I'm not sure which ignition wires on the car to connect to the plug wires below? The 3 plugs need to connect to the following:
1. Red Power +12V
2. Yellow IG Key on +12V
3. Blue ACC or IG2 +12V
Can anyone tell me which wires on the Mk1 Focus RS ignition connect to these 3?

Just get the test light out is the quickest way, live(FEED) on ignition will be red, yellow is normally accessory, ie live in position 1, position 2(normal running), would normally have been a black, as ford used balck to denote a switched live, but seem on newer stuff to do a bit of everything!!
Don't foget the importance of connecting the red main power feed BEFORE the ignition switch, ie on the feed side the unswitched side, but the others need to go on the supply side, ie ouput side.
