hi, i have a 2002 mondeo tdci.
when the engine is up to full temp and i switch the heaters onto hot and turn on the fan i quite often get cold air insted of hot. if i turn the knob to cold and back to hot again it will often swith to full heat.
im not sure how the knob operates, it doesnt feel like its pulling a cable to open and close a flap like the older cars so i guess its electronic. can anyone suggest what might be going wrong here please. its definatly not the matrix as thats heating properly. many thanks.
