Default Steering Vibrates loudly when braking

I've been having this problem for months now. When I apply the brakes on my 1992 Ford Fiesta mk3 1.8d the steering seems to vibrates very loadly at high speeds (>60km/h).Also when the car is moving slowly in traffic and the brakes are applied the car seems to accelerate and decalerate, as if the brake discs are warped, but this is not the case as I have checked for this using a dial Gauge, and it gave me approx. 0.2 mm run-out. I reallly don't know what to do next. If someone could help it would be really appreciated. 10x

You've already exceeded the max of 0.05mm runout mate, get the discs and pads renewed.

as above, new discs needed pal.
it doesn't take much to get them vibrating.

every time ive had this its been warped discs on the front and if not felt through the steering wheel its at the rear.
most common cause for me is hard braking but can be due to pads/ even a caliper.
