Hi a mate of mine has a v reg td focus with the key which has the buttons for rcl on. The battery has been changed but the rcl still doesnt work as the battery has been flat for some time.

does anyone know if the key can be matched to the car in any other way other than go to the dealers.

ive checked the net and find lots of things about the process but none spercific to the focus.

any advice is much appreciated.

 

Igniton on/off 4 times within 6 seconds, chime is heard, press any button on remote, chime is heard again to confirm programming, ignition on/off again to exit.
