Default cam bits?? do i need

hi all, rite am putin a kent 34 in my frst do i realy need to get a new cam thrust plate an cam nut or should the old's one be fine, coz iv been told that ford dont sell the plate any more, if this is true were can i get one.

Unless your cam thrust plate is worn to buggery ie grooved and chewed up, it will be fine.
Do you mean cam bolt in the centre of the pulley ?, if so will be ok just don't overtighten and use a torque wrench.
If you are reffering to a nut, if it's a nylock nut, with plastic/nylon insert just use a new one, they're only pennies.
