help just put the car back together and cant work out where the water pipe that comes off the metal pipe that runs under the rad.It is about an inch diameter and there is no where for it to go that i can see.The way i run the other are

header tank to rad
header tank return to turbo
oil cooler to heater matrix
oil cooler to head
and then just the easy bigger hoses

please help

 

The only other pipe mate is rad to water pump

As said the one that comes off the metal pipe, one end goes to the rad, the other end connects to the water pump which is on the block.

 

yer but the water pump one is running from there to other heater matrix hole
has any one got any drawings or diagrams

 

Heater Matrix has 2 ports, 1 goes to oil cooler as such, the other connects to the metal pipe which runs along the manifold to the thermostat, water pump has another t off to the bottom of the rad. Thats all i no off.
Have u got a 2wd or 4wd thermostat housing???

 

If your water pump doesnt have an extra outlet for the pipe that goes to the rad then you have a 4x4 water pump not a 2wd one as on the 2wd the pipe that goes to the pump actually goes to an extra outlet on a 4x4 stat housing!!
