what material is the new crank sensor lug?
i recon different metel materials will have a different magnetic iductance.
the new lug needs to be cast like the other lugs.
i snapped 1 off on my saph but i found it an tacked it back on, re adjusted air gap, and it works bang on.
try another pulley mate 100Ł ish

scope the crank sensor, compare the magnitude of the freuency, you should be able to see the odd lug picking up differently (maybe lol)
