Default need a wire that is switchable and live during cranking

as in the title, i need a wire that is swichable live but stays live during cranking.

ive ruled out:

radio, not live during cranking

fag lighter, perm. live

ignition acc, not live during cranking

anyone offer anything else?

For what and on what car? Coil pack +12V live is one choice.

cant use the coil pack as thats what i need it for.

its my project fiesta, im using a zetec loom and a 2l engine

which mk fiesta?
if it was a carbed one, use the anti-dieselling solenoid wire
or go directly to the ignition barrel.

there is no switchable wire thats live during cranking on the barrel as far as i know, atleast not that ive found.

im using my original interior loom but the engine loom is a fiesta si, not sure where the anti-diesel soleniod is

alright, well the original loom should have one or just go through the fuse box and some of the relays will stay live when cranking, coils don't draw much and you would ideally feed off the fuse box to a relay anyhow to run the lot anyways.
so multimeter to the ready or testing light.

Mind you, you can't just take the first wire that has 12V on it and plug a coil to it if things are done properly.
If you have the Zetec loom, then you will have the coil pack connector? Other things also need similarly 12V like injectors and idle valve. Are these also a problem similarly?

ecu feed wire is on a switched ignition feed fella, you could use that and feed a relay of it, you'll be fine then.

pin 1 on the ecu?

my pins outs has that as POWER +12V fused, does that not mean its permant? that way when u start the engine the ecu doesnt have to re-learn?
