is ther two sorts ie length changed the sump on mine and now the sensor it to long and is hitting the pully or have i lost a spacer help please

The sensor bracket is adjustable as the holes that secure it are elongated, so that it can be set between 0.6mm and 1.0mm in between the lug and pulley teeth, obviously the sump gasket you used was slightly thinner so the sump, and sensor are closer to the pulley now.

It shouldn't of changed it mate unless you are running a different type of sump??? If you are you will have to ask the dealer you got the sump from because the measurements shouldn't be that far out. The only difference in pulleys are between the 4x4 late spec, and the older/2wd ones. However there is no difference in size, just on what pulley system they run. (Late spec 4x4s run single aux belt, and others are twin belt systems).
