best oil for frst???

hi, am gonna service my frst efi n wanna no the best oil to use in a cvh. ive bin told 5/30 synthetic of 1 chap n 10/40 semi synthetic off another?? thanks

I would not use 5/30, 10-40 will be ok, Millers 10-60 is good as well or 15/50.
