RS2000 using too much fuel
I have a 1995 mk6 RS2000 2wd which for some reason only gives me 200 miles to a full tank which i hope is very wrong the car starts/idles and drives without any problems and has no leaks but just seems to use too much fuel !! HELP !! .Also if someone thinks that that is the correct fuel consumption let me know that as well (i Bloody Hope Not LOL)

i used to get 250 miles out of mine.
it was 170bhp with superchip etc etc and i drive like a twat too, lol.
as long as you keep your foot still and dont keep stabbing the throttle (like many people do) then it should do 250 at least.
also its a revvy engine, dont treat it like a turbo where you keep it in the lower rev range, let it buz away and it seems to run more freely, if yu catch my drift!!??
