Default engine swap

hi guys ive got a 1.6 zetec engine out of an s reg escort to go in my mk2 ohv orion, the new engine comes with an alarm and immoblizer, ive got the ecu and the black ring, do i need the barrel and key aswell or is there a way to by pass the immoblizer, also i can have anythin i need from the engine bay of the escort, what else do i need to make it fit and run in my orion. cheers in advance guys

you need the key as its got the transponder in it for immoberiler

ok but do i need the ignition barrel, also will the zetec gearbox fit in my orion

I wouldnt bother with the 1.6 zetec the bigger zetecs are much better or even the cvh

standard gearbox will be fine i beleive (95% sure)

yes i no what u are sayin but i need an engine asap and these is a very good engine at a cheap price, does anyone no what else i need also do i need the ignition barrel for the imbolizer

you can change the barrel as you need the key gear box should fit just make sure mounts are same and drive shafts cluch should be cable same as yours will my also need front half of wiring loom hope this helps
