Default No pipe on actuator.

I am currently getting little to no boost from my 2.1 zvh RS Turbo. It has a forge actuator but no pipe connected to it? I take it this isn't normal as I thought no hose to actuator would mean terminal boost??

Does any one have an explanation or pick of what it is supposed to look like? Thanks Mitch.

you running a bleed valve? if so the pipe will come off the turbo straight to the actuator with the bleed valve in line, maybe its popped off under pressure?

Thanks for the quick reply.

Wouldn't it still boost though with no pipe fitted, as the wastegate would be permanantly closed?

If the actuator is pre-loaded correctly and does not have the pipe on the actuator, then you will have very high boost.

You say you have little to no boost, to me, this suggests that either the wastegate is being held open by an incorrectly adjusted actuator, a massive boost leak or there is a turbo problem.

First thing i'd be looking at is the actuator preload though!
